- How do I buy a product? - Simply click on the "Add to
Cart" button next to the product you wish to buy. This will add your
purchase to your shopping cart. When you are ready, simply click on
"Checkout." At this point you will be brought over to the
secure servers at PayPal to enter your PayPal account or credit card
information. Complete your
purchase through their site and you will be brought back to our
site. You will then be presented a link to
download each product you purchased.
- How are the products delivered? - After completing your
transaction through PayPal, you will be brought back to our site and presented with a link to our
download page. That page will provide you with a link to each
product you purchased. In case you miss the link, your order
confirmation email will also contain the download URL for your
order.
- I bought a new computer. How do I reinstall the product I
purchased? - Simply email us your order
information and we will
do our best to forward another copy of your purchases to you.
